Many are saying Viaan has already fallen in love but he is not allowing himself to feel or realize it. Maybe this show is too subtle for me.

I feel like writers are being subtle on purpose as some people might still consider the whole ONS to be paap or an indecent act as a whole which is sad cause I don't think those people are the target of the show but there isn't much we can do there.

Speaking of Viaan, I always thought he was interested in Katha because why else did he not back out in the last moment so I still understand that he is slowly falling for her. But the fact that they're stretching his realization to the max even after focusing on the 3 symptoms of love is what I don't get. Like let him falling in love part be subtle but then audience needs some clarity as to what he is exactly going through after a point which we are not seeing. I'm not sure whether I agree or not with the fact that he is not allowing himself to feel or realize it because I'm someone who believes that things like love just happens naturally but whether we should do something about it or keep it in ourselves can be the confusing part. And if that's the case with Viaan, we need some kind of a monologue to understand him better.

I miss this Viaan.😭 Why are they making him so unaware of his own feelings when he's the type of person to understand people's wrong advances so well.

I do think that whole “sure of himself” has been diluted by the ONS part which I was expecting. What I had hoped was him being able to be a sure guy with how to build his firm…like managing many projects, or dealing with maybe corporate espionage or strategizing some merger or finding a way to fool the competition. Like some sort of amazing leader.

I will be honest…they totally overdid him singing and dancing and being overly friendly with staff part.

The first scene that i watched of KA was the first meeting of leads where Vian was angry initially and got impressed with her presentation

I was not aware of the remake thing at that time ,then in the youtube suggestion i found the promo where he offered her ONS and i was shocked bcoz it was 180 turn from what i watched i.e the presentation scene and hard to digest but that was something that intrigued me and i searched about the OG synopsis

If you ask me Vians character is unpredictable and thats what keeps me excited about this show nothing else

The out of character thing was there from the start bcoz of him being unpredictable

The thing is since its an adaptation we do have certain expectations from him to behave in a certain way like the other two MLs of diff versions

But frankly speaking i don't want Vian to be creepy like the other two ,the arabic version i have not watched

But i cant imagine Vian saying those cheap things like i m thankful to ur FIL that he did not give you money and you came to me and ONS happened 😠

i feel after the ONS he should be acting out of character otherwise i will feel he keeps on doing these things on daily basis

Regarding the dancing part i agree that was definitely out of place and character and they could have gone without it but singer Vian was realistic ,i know people who are unromantic still very much into romantic songs ,plus Vian actually sang in front of 4 people one was his school frnd aware of his singing and one was the girl he is attracted to so i could digest it

but i really don't want Vian to go desperate and crepy like other versions

Bald guy k case me to no offence but i actually felt he proposed her to get married only to get licence to sleep with her throughout his life after an unsuccessful attempt ,which part of him showed guilt

I felt he befriended the kid bcoz of the mother

I m so glad Vian is not like that creep ,i would not have watched this show otherwise

I agree what they have done very very well in the Indian version is actually the slow burn - they have actually made a redemption arc for the man, it’s not a simple oh I realized you have a kid and that’s why you slept with me (Turkish) OR I love you (Arabic). They are actually building it in a more balanced points of view. We are actually getting how this is both of their journey.

while we may complain about Kathaa being too mahan aurat in the OGs she just had dignified “posing” but never really was she shown to hold back. She also kind of fell for his kindness and sweet nature which the man showed as soon as he comes to know that she had a kid.

Here they have made sure that Kathaa’s identity as a woman comes first and then as a mother. But then ITV always loved to show the different roles of a woman anyways … so in a way it was TRP driven too… and funnily it is actually progressive than the OGs 👍🏼

Katha cancelling the Rajasthan trip so she can prioratize the lonavala Project is the perfect example of Fate. Viaan did not have to do anything beacuse things automatically fell into place. If something is meant for you, it will come to you.

Feel Pyramid's Anirudh may trigger progress to KA story plots this week, not directly Ehsan or Aarav or destiny.😎

Anirudha didn't like Earthcon getting extra week's time for site visit & proposal submission. (as per segment he seem to have got time shrunk already by the client?)

He may try to cause hurdles in Viaan's Lonavala site visit or mislead him to take wrong route to land at some other site, just to lose time?

He may scandalize night out of Viaan with Katha who got stuck due to car battery down, just to shame two work place colleagues?

He can possibly get Viaan/Katha sick, so they don't get proposal ready on time?😆

He may use his sources to delay or tamper contents of Earthcon proposal submission to client.👍🏼

Also, one aspect of the last episode that I was perplexed about was Katha's interactions with Viaan during the painting scene. When Viaan was talking to her about the painting that 'Batman' had made, Katha's tone was slightly off and she seemed either disinterested or condescending. Even Viaan asked her to not be judgemental. This whole interaction (especially Katha's behavior) seemed a bit strange to me, as I would have assumed that Katha must have been deeply interested (as a mother), or even impressed with Viaan's ability to form a genuine friendship with a child. I understand that Katha wants to maintain distance from Viaan after the whole ONS situation, but I think it's high time that the makers enable Katha to be honest with her feelings increasingly.
