🤣🤣😃 Good morning girls!!!

Pata nahin kyun, but I can't stop laughing whenever Batman-Robin are worried about their bums and their expressions and reactions🤣🤣discussing about that.

I couldn't post anything for the past week, I watched all 4 episodes in one go. Shalzie, my friend🤗 you are right, I don't have much to complain whe😭n I watch all of them together. Or I have too much to complain and don't know where to start Jokes apart, I think when you watch everything, you can ignore small things, and when you watch each of the episodes, you have a lot more time to nit-pick😃 I like the latter😈 Ready to nitpick anytime😎 Here goes:

I felt rather bad for Yuvraaj today, his dad is the know it all and is suffocating him😡 Yeah, yeah...... we know, the experience, knows how to prioritize, age etc. etc and etc. But, if PapaG keeps doing all the prioritizing, then like he said when he checks out suddenly, how will Yuvraaj know how to prioritize? This is the classic chicken-egg argument. I love MamaG, she is a lady with a beautiful head on her shoulders. I am so glad that the show is showcasing, other sensible and grounded characters other than the omnipotent FL👍🏼 Makers and writers, please take a bow👏They didn't make Katha shoulder the burden of the whole world with a smile👍🏼 . It make the most sense for Mama G to have that baton knowing both PapaG and Yuvraaj inside out, and having the best interests of both of them at hear Amazing detail that was presented👍🏼

I am not warming up to Dodo please🤔. She is talking like a teenager shipping Katha with her boss (es)👎🏼In poor taste🤢. It is as if, if your co-worker is a single guy ( BTW how does she know he is single ?), you can't even have any conversation about him/her- good, bad or ugly, it is because Katha had an interest in him😲😡

Love Aarav and Viaan's interactions, seem very age-appropriate rather than smart-alecky👍🏼Not sure of Viaan's expressions when he was gifted with the painting- he never got a gift OR no one made anything especially for him OR took personal efforts? He is tearing up🤔Katha is raising a gender neutral little boy who is going to look at people and emotions with a humanitarian lens rather than a male/female stereotype. Writers, another kudos to you👏 These things definitely need to be spelled out, even in this day and age👍🏼

I don't know if I am in a forgiving mood, but I even felt sympathetic about Ehsan. He is rather subdued. Not sure what to say about his mom. My 13 yr old would eat that portion of the pasta which looked like macaroni and cheese. Hope there are more goodies in the bag than that small dabba of pastaMoving on..... He and his mom riled me up again with their one-sided decision to make reservations for dinner for Katha. Looks like the dinner for two will be for him and his mom🤡

Is Ehsaan going to sabotage the project ???😭

Katha is having a normal conversation with Viaan, no reservations at all, other than a low level sarcasm. OK, she did judge him about dhaba ki chai, whether she admits to it or not. I think Katha's red/pink shirt needs to be incinerated and ashes buried for good😡. BTW, did she call out " Adi" when Viaan fell in front of the car? The painting flew away as if it had a life of it's own, koi bhoot wala horror movie jaisa😲 Fine with me, cheesy, but OK, I understand why that was done

OK, cliche on the way, jungle mein ghum ho gayein........Car died. Will their phones also die? Storm and no electricity too? You can see that I am starved for DRAMA😈 Where is it?

Just kidding girls, I am loving the show. Pace is brisk, sensible with very few irritants at the moment😃

Tagging a few......... no obligation....

Loves the episode. Even the garewals scenes 😆

Liked how katha told her observations about yuvi to mummiji and left it on her to deal with it unlike other fl of itv who would make it a point to solve every problem in this world on their own.😆

I like katha is softening towards garewals but not indulging in their kitchen politics. She knows where to draw line. I dont know where her logical mind goes when it comes to ehsan😆

I loved batman robin scenes. Its like viaan is seeing his childhood, the normal happy childhood, he missed, in aarav. Its like he wants to grow up again with aarav. Viaan is falling for both mother and the son😆 I know there will be problems in kaviaan's relationship in future but I guess batman robin relationship is sorted for life.❤️

Tbh, I also felt sympathy for ehsan for few seconds until his mom showed up and gave that third class plan. I mean itne lambe safar aur pura din bahar rehne ke baad koi bhi maa apne bachhe ke sath time spend karna chahegi na ki friend ke sath dinner par jayegi. I hate this about ehsan that he only uses aarav to impress katha otherwise he thinks of him as kebab mein haddi.

I know all that gaadi kharab ho gayi and ek hi room hai is all cliche but i guess it was necessary to show whether kaviaan have made progress or not. And I think "kaali raat" is enough villain in itself in their life, they dont even need ehsan for that.

Obviously they won't spend night in one room but I am eager to watch if makers will show their POVs about it or whats going in their mind during it. And also, how their equation will be in morning.

The humour is back! Thank God. Both binge watching and one ep day have their specific advantages and disadvantages. I personally feel that I connect more with the flow of the story when I binge watch, and I don't focus on the flaws. But the prob is that I usually have no one to discuss with. On the forum, we end up getting so many perspectives! Where else will I find someone else (M here) who will focus on side characters and write essays on them! I even connect to those who are appreciating MamaG's sarees. The woman is classy and very beautiful! Then, luckily for us, we have people like Letha and you who have very balanced views. I have also discovered other amazing writers on this forum who make me look at scenes differently.

M made a thread on conflict. I am yet to respond to it as I feel that it's a very sensitive topic. But the show is depicting Yuvraaj's struggles really well. It is difficult for any person to feel unappreciated by their loved ones and to constantly be compared to a brother who has passed away but whom they loved. It also does not help if that person is married to an insecure person such as Reet who has archaic views about status. I am so fed up of people whose main achievement comes from being the relative of someone who has actually made it in life. I do not understand her insecurity towards Aarav and the obsession of having a son. What about her daughters? Why can't they take over the business? If PapaG can consider Katha, why does it not occur to Reet that she could have taken over the business herself by actually working and not sitting at home and putting all the pressure on Yuvraaj? I don't even see her looking after her girls. And no excuses on being pregnant. I know many pregnant women who manage everything! I do not like the Meera angle, and do not support any woman who willingly gets close to another man while knowing that he's involved with someone else. But Meera is young, and will probably learn. All of us do. But I suppose that in real life, any man will go look for validation and appreciation elsewhere. Is it right? Of course not. But people don't always have the maturity nor the courage to deal with situations in the correct way. It's amazing how the writers have included such an important track in this show, and are willing to play it out. I loved the way that Katha dealt with the situation and did not confront PapaG directly. Instead she turned to the one whom she considers as a mother, and who is the right person to interfere. Kudos to the writers indeed!

I like Dodo. I always have. Katha has been so busy firefighting the past years. I feel that she needed the presence of someone like Dodo, who herself has gone through so much in life but is willing to hide her pain behind laughter and cheeky jokes. Women do tease other women about male influences in their lives. I find her teasing Katha about Viaan normal for Katha appears too affected by Viaan. Let us disagree when it comes to Dodo😊

I think Viaan was touched when he saw the drawing because he used to draw as a child....maybe for his own father...to express his confusion at the fact that his father left their family....and here comes Aarav who makes a drawing for him! I interpreted the scene as Viaan coming full circle, and giving him some sort of closure. The bond between Viaan and Aarav is very beautiful. I like the fact that they took time to build up this relationship....for the relationship has to stand on its own independent of any relationship between Kaviaan. The fight sequence was fun.

Finally a show which addresses a very important topic: Crying doesn't make anyone weak, and is not limited to gender! Let us get rid of these stereotypes please.

Discussions were going on in the main thread about Ehsan's character being toned down. I think that there was a backlash from fans due to too much Ehsan and his vampish acts. I could see traces of old Ehsan in the last 2 eps. The camaraderie was back with Viaan. I think that I felt pity more than sympathy for Ehsan. We can have a discussion on his feelings another day.

I am looking forward to next week's eps. Yes, for drama...car breakdown, farmhouse, one room. Bring it on🤣

I think this is one of the best parts of the show -- recognizing that mamaG is the wife and mother and it is not only her responsibility but she is more than capable of taking care of her own family. 👏

appreciate that they are showing this is complicated conflict and will not get resolved with just one lecture.

Yesterday was one of the best and lighter one. Robin and Batman ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I felt sad when Robin asked tum Kahan the yaar to Batman. he was waiting for that light in his life and he found in Batman. Katha Viaan scenes give full domestic vibe, be in dhaba, car, sipping tea, debating on who's sandwich is world's best. I will write my points later. I am traveling today. thank you mili and Shalzie. I am glad mili is back. missed your posts

Hello🤗

Thanks for tagging me.

First of all so nice to see you back.🤗

Episodes were really good. The changing dynamics between Katha and Viaan is a treat to watch. They haven't realised it, but they hv come a long way. From strangers to enemies to acquaintance to colleagues and now they are a team.

I felt bad for Ehsan. But he is not that mature to become Katha's life partner. He will understand it later, but in a harder way.

I am actually liking the Garewals' story. especially MamaG is my fav.😃

So lots of cliches are on our way. 😆 let's see barish hogi ki nahi, rat, lizards room me aate hei ki nahi, electricity jati hei ki nahi.😆 it will be fun though.🤣 otherwise we will make it a comic one.😆

Friday episode was so lovely.

I am confused which part was better, was it Batman-Robin convo and an emotional Robin while seeing the drawing or Robin running to save the drawing and blowing dust away from the drawing.

Neerja ji is the Kaviaan ship captain and she is teasing about Bye Bye Chik chik uncle and welcome angry young man🤣🤣

Katha is all praise Mr Raghuvanshi. wo gaali nahi dete. Wah ji Wah...You know him very well. She talks about them as a team. And you can feel it

Hit and Miss of drawing. Katha just missed and left. Aarav made the world's best cheese sandwich for Katha and Robin both

I just loved loved loved Robin-Batman convo. ❤️❤️Their way of greeting, dramatics, the instant glow on face while seeing each other. The scene was pure love. Viaan got emotional after seeing the drawing. He must have been reminded of all the drawings and letters that he made for his dad and which never reached his dad. The feeling that someone loves you so much and put in efforts to make a drawing by card. Its overwhelming. ❤️

Aarav will grow up to be a gender neutral gentle man. Katha is giving him right views of life. Viaan's dialogue, "tum kahan the yaar" and Aarav's innocent reply, main to sandwich bana raha tha was too cute. Aarav is that light which Viaan was waiting for in his dark life

I felt bad for Ehsan today. He is going to have hard time when he gets to know that his two friends are the new couple in town, and he could not understand what is happening with them. He really likes Katha, it seems. And his mom is adding ghee to the fuel. Both mom-son should first ask Katha and start their planning to avoid heartbreak.

Katha-Viaan car and roadside convo gives out a pure domestic vibe. Both discussed about pyramid so deeply, then stopped casually car at dhaba, him ordering tea for her before she asked for it, she taunting him about dhaba ki chai...Katha explaining how to make black coffee, he taking the tea for her and handing it over to her....

Viaan is okay with Katha judging him, and she also doesn't deny it. And both of them have nice convo regarding Viaan's cute and intelligent bacha friend. And a debate on world's best sandwich☺️☺️

And here comes the first ITV cliche. drawing flew away, Viaan running to save it, car dashing, him falling hard with all dust blowing. Upar se, he was saying I am so sorry to the car driver🤣🤣

Katha looked so annoying and so done with his antics🤣🤣 Looked like, ghar chalo, baaki daant wahan jake deti hoon 🤣

I was reminded of the ad "dhag ache hai" 🤡🤡

I just loved how Viaan was relieved to see the drawing intact. He just blew dust away and held it close to chest.

Pre cap is funny. I was laughing how Viaan made an innocent face while saying, bhook laga...a bhukad Viaan is hilarious🤣🤣

Gaadi kharab, farm house, one room, enough to trigger memories.

PS: I don't want truth of Batman-Robin out so soon. Let them stretch to have us more of such innocent scenes.

Last episode Katha seems more comfortable with Viaan and Viaan is still a bit nervous. After todays episode we may get angry Katha back. Hope they keep the flow of the story

Thanks for the tag🥰

Absolutely agree am back to loving the episodes it became a little slow for a while but suddenly picked up. I think i felt there was too much of a focus on Ehsaan - he’s a good actor but I can’t stand the character.

like you said I like the batman and robin convo’s and hope they carry on with those. It’s good to see that gelling without Viaan knowing he’s Katha’s son.

Looking forward to seeing what happens next…

Letha, these two already behave as a couple with rights over each other. I love the way they are developing Kaviaan's relationship and that of Batman and Robin.

KA reinforces my belief that ITV still can have great storyline and execution, and it need not be always OTT drama
