if Katha and Viaan are busy with the lonavala project then ehsan can take the lead in rajasthan project, right? yes he may be left out but in a company, different people focus on different projects. so this is ehsaan's turn to shine somewhere, right? but the idiot is feeling jilted because Viaan and katha are working closely together while he is not. His priorities are messed up.

also her again showing pottery making to emphasize how they need to see the mitti (mud) was kind of dumb. that was unneeded slide. these are all a bunch of architects. anyone with some knowledge of engineering knows that you need to know the geography before you start building and the first thing that is done is check the type of soil because that will determine the type of foundation laid, how many stories you can build, the plith the govt can give you and other such factors. given it is hilly slope, then you need to take in degree of lean, ascent, wind, rain, soil erosion and all such factors. so pottery doesn't quite relate other than the word mud. she could have just said what I posted above and that would have sounded more intelligent.

Have u heard about the very famous Aarey forest controversy. It's an area of approx 600 acres inside Mumbai. Govt wants to make malls,raods, metros there,but the local people are protesting against the Govt. I think they hv got the stay order from the court to not to cut the trees. It's a very famous case and the fight between the localities and the Govt is still going on. I think makers got this lonavala project idea from that controversy.😆 not sure though.

yes I did hear of it in the news. also just few months back, there was news of bad construction in himachal pradesh. in one place, about 70% of construction is bad and in danger of earth slides. so it looks like they have to shift people to new town. so constructing within natural areas and being sensitive to what the earth is telling you is a hot topic in many places within india itself when it comes to things like dams and natural reserves. at the same time, there is need for profit, tourism, economy, jobs etc. so everything has to be balanced. I think what katha was trying to convey actually didn't sound so weird --- it was her slides that were odd even though she was trying to track to the made in india push from govt. 😆

a kind of serious question to those familiar with sony:

if this was sitara, 100% viaan would have car trouble and the two will be stranded in middle of forest and they will end up spending the night in some hut and have to sleep on hay. can we expect something like this here? 😉
