just like dubai project was all about rooh, the lonavala project was all about mitti (mud). hence the pottery I guess. she was tryign to make a point that we don't appreciate the made in india products quality and artistry but are willing to pay overpriced products just because it is coming from abroad. since, made in india often uses imagery that is unique to our land. so from concept wise, it made sense but the slides itself were rather juvenile. she was trying to say that indian architects are just as talented as those from abroad.

also her again showing pottery making to emphasize how they need to see the mitti (mud) was kind of dumb. that was unneeded slide. these are all a bunch of architects. anyone with some knowledge of engineering knows that you need to know the geography before you start building and the first thing that is done is check the type of soil because that will determine the type of foundation laid, how many stories you can build, the plith the govt can give you and other such factors. given it is hilly slope, then you need to take in degree of lean, ascent, wind, rain, soil erosion and all such factors. so pottery doesn't quite relate other than the word mud. she could have just said what I posted above and that would have sounded more intelligent.

it is possible. Kids that age can be amazing artists, especially in countries like india where parents put emphasis on arts and crafts. I'm from bangladesh and I've seen really beautiful artwork from young kids that win competetions. I live in canada now and such creativity and imagination is not fostered here.

Agreed the first slide was okay that earthcon employees are detail oriented and understand the local needs

Second slide made no sense at all

She should have just continued talking or shown other economic friendly projects that she was discussing with Viaan

Birdies called him sunshine earlier.. Since he turned grey they changes it to blackhole🤣🤣i just read a tweet now regarding this... I got to know today about this name.. Too funny the name is🤣🤣
