N its anuj who is more aggressive in not wanting anu to go as he wanted to adopt the child. If it was just anupama its very clear she would have let her go only if anu was willing to. Anupama at least bended to let maya be with her child but anuj didn't.

If anupama made bet so maya did. Why does she need to ask others for her own child. Wasn't she saying her case is so strong then why is she not fighting the case.

Also anuj n anupama adopted the child not knowing her parents r alive but maya knows anuj's wife is alive. That's the difference.

Also here we just know anupama n anuj's attachment towards anu. We don't know whether anu can handle the seperation or not, whether she trusts maya or not. Anu clearly said she will not go anywhere , she too can suffer heartbreak if taken away.

If maya really loves her child she should go to a court who would appoint proper ppl to handle the case.

Exactly It is anuj who is more aggressive here then why is deviji trying to assert she is more of a mother to CA infront of Maaya? What was that rubbish about Maa toh Maa hoti hai? If anyone else tried to be a mother to my kids I would literally yell at them.

If anuj is not willing to let go of CA then he is partially responsible for whatever Maaya is going through, if you don't want this woman to come in between you and your wife then don't come in between her and her child.

If Maaya goes to a court then 99.9% she is only going to win, Anupamaa knew so she trapped her into agreeing with that rubbish stay in our house for 15 days and win over CA bullshit. Also what is the guarantee that Anuj wouldn't bribe the judge? A guy who was trying to bypass the adoption rules and laws could literally do that as well so if you want to blame anyone here blame Anuj and Anupamaa only.
