The episode begins where Saransh, Maitree, Nandu and Ashish are still in the hospital. Nandu is in operation theatre and Saransh is in MRI.
Nandu delivers a baby boy, Maitree & Ashish are very happy to see a baby boy. Ashish requests Maitree to inform the family. Maitree calls home to let the family know what happened. Her father Dinesh picks up the call and Maitree says she and everyone in the car had a very bad car accident and everyone is in the hospital. Maitree's father is shocked and tells everyone at home. The family runs down to the hospital. Ashish asks Maitree where is Saransh? Maitree says he is getting some tests done.
The family comes down and sees Nandani & Ashish's baby boy and congratulates them. All of sudden Nandani falls unconscious and Ashish gets worried asking for doctor why what happened? Doctors says her blood pressure is really low and she has lost alot of blood, they need B- blood group asap. Ashish calls Vasundra (Nandu's mother) but she doesn't respond. Ashish realises Maitree's blood group is B-. Doctors inform the family and Ashish, Nandani has slipped in coma.
Saransh's mother asks where is Saransh? Maitree says he must have gone to get coffee. But Saransh was in blood lab to change his blood results. Saransh hears the doctors and police coming towards the lab so he escapes the lab. Maitree asks the doctors if everything is alright? Doctors says no nothing is alright, he has internal bleeding and needs urgent surgery. Doctors asks everyone to find Saransh asap.

Ashish sees Saransh in a unwell state. Saransh falls down in his mother's arms and doctors/nurses takes him to the OT.
