I want to write one but logically there won't be any case as ApMaAn is not eligible to foster or adopt. Maaya may have to fight a case against Child protection authorities to get custody of her daughter.

AFAIK, the judge may dismiss the case or the probability of the case not reaching the courtroom is more.
