Precap is BTS scene of Vs vaada to P. And Sai in Vs arms after seeing lizard. BK appears to have seen Sai V moment and doesn't look pleased.

Going by those expressions it seems like perhaps BK doesn't intend for Sai to actually reunite with V but for Savi Vinu to stay in CN and Sai to exit. That is more consistent with her personality.
