Abhi on the flip side is doing what Akshu always wanted him to do which is solve family problems but of course he is taking on all this responsibility and not allowing himself to live. And his family is basically using him. He may love Roohi and he can say she is my soul etc but that is only because he has made her that way. He is latching onto the only thing worth anything in his life but its mixed with the burden of Neil's promise. So he going to extremes instead of a balance approach. RS had said the plots will be the same as previous generations but we have to think of different ways to handle them( so outcome will be different)
