According to our judiciary, we can present our own case . Moreover she's needs to practice near a lawyer. They might show us that she studied law just for the sake of Abhir's custody. Unlike Ar for ranks and positions, they're showing Ak studying for knowledge to defend her case.

What happens to Neil’s name once Abhimanyu marries AaRUEhi, so they remove/ change her father’s name on the birth certificate, so the last nishani of Neil is completely wiped out

Ya Neil's stupidity or bravery no matter which side of belief a person has...got no acknowledgement whatsoever.

Even the hospital and doctor carelessly telling a pregnant woman that she miscarried and the Birla family doctor's for not informing about further procedures when a woman in their family miscarried.

They should not brush over all this. They are very sensitive issues and the level of abuse and negligence shown on that day needs to get addressed at some point not just because Abhir is a Birla bloodline.
