This woman is so cunning. When she put that 15 days challenge in front of MAAya, she very well knew CA would never leave the only family she has for MAAya, a woman she knows for a few days. Giving CA the right to choose was never her intention, her only intention was to have an unpaid nanny for CA so she can go to her temple every day dumping CA on the nanny. MAAya single-handedly took care of CA and her money-making machine for the last 10 days, but she felt a pang of jealousy seeing MAAya slowly taking on her role. She just wants MAAya as her servant, not as CA's mother. If you want custody of your child, then at least prove you are deserving of it. Imagine this - i leave my pets in animal welfare center as i am travelling for few months abroad and when i come back after 4 months those ppl send my dog or cat to another person house because he visited center and liked my pets. Will i permit them to stay n this new person home? He will be in central jail for stealing my pets in my absence as only i am their owner no one else all life. In full world only i have a right to make any decision for my pets no welfare center guy or someone who wants my pet or any other has no rights over it, i will not permit anyone to decide for my pets too forget my kids when i have them. Even God gives greatest respect and rights to mother not to anyone else. Of course a pet has no parent or we do not know its parents so owner does parent duty and so owner decides on behalf of pet as parent.

Many people have to travel abroad for months on work they leave their little kids with grandparent or relatives or neighbours home. Does that mean that neighbour or relative can send their kids to someone else home because that person liked the kid. If i have kids i leave them at neighbor or family friend home for 3 months or 6 months if i have travel abroad on work does that person have right to send my child to another mans home that too permanently. What is wrong with makers? If i return from abroad first thing neighbour and guy who took my kids will have kidnap case and stealing case abuse case so many cases on them that they will never leave jail for decades. Thats what anuj kapdiya and anupama and that orphanage guy deserves not this 15 day challenge.

Now biggest problem for Maya is that anuj kapadiya is millionaire and super rich so even if she goes to law thtey may decide in favor of rich kapadiya not maya. Whether in USA or india whoever can hire biggest best lawyer can win case. So like all are saying go to court they will give CA to Maya. I doubt that will really happen as anuj kapadiya is rich and infuluential and can get several lawyers rich famous lawyers who will prove Maya is prostitute and CA will be mocked for that all life etc and say anupama is only maa who can give CA better life etc. That is one fear going to court. Also lawer will sa where was Maya for 6 years why never came to orhange and met CA every year once atleast and gave her gifts etc its not so easy for maya to win CA case even in court if anyone knows how law works both in USA or india. Maya can prove that Anupama is unfit and has neglected her foster child over and over again. Neither Anuj or Anupama could disagree with proof that she has not neglected her duties as a mom. So has Anuj, time and time again for running after his wife to her in-laws house in the name of her kids. Maya has her own business and can hire good lawyer as well that can put Baa, Pakhi on stand for their mistreatment of Choti

and neither foster parents did anything about it. She can show how unfit they themselves are as parents.

Maya lawyers can point out that she Anu only wants this child around because her husband has other wise threatened her to pay attention to my foster child or else and she can't have her bank account empty again. This child is only an object to keep her husband happy and around for her benefit.

Maya can also show she didn't ask to put her child up for adoption much less foster care as she was planning on coming back. She was a proustite not by choice but by force, that can also be proven in court. Thats when I started hating this character! The day Kavya took control of the property and the day she laid out the bare truth to the entire family about their hypocrisy, thats the day I started hating Deviji's character.

Kavya was ABSOLUTELY RIGHT when she said that uske hak par Deviji apna aadha hak jama kar baithi hai. And this shameless hypocrite didn't have the decency to apologize to Kavya EVER and admit that her spineless phamily are hypocrites.
