@ Bold: See the thing is that Gurkirat did it as a joke and doesn't do it repeatedly. He just wanted to give Priyanka a taste of her own medicine. Plus the way he said it. Both combined made it cute. That's why you couldn't be angry at him even if you wanted to be. 🤣

Everytime she does the same. She takes up a bigger challenge than she can handle and then regrets and whines about it. Even in previous team challenges she planned too many elements and that eventually led to the team losing. I don't mean to say she shouldn't think out of the box but she should be a bit realistic and take into account timings of the challenge as well

Bechara Nayan was making the noodles and the Baos…that alone is a two person job with such short duration to cook.

I really fail to understand why they went for such extensive menus. We would be about 30 people in kitchen practicals, and even then we would cook only 5 items plus one drink. We had more time than these guys too, but we had to be smart because the food had to be served at 1 pm sharp.

Thats why when Garima went to the Mexican truck and said increase the menu, making them second guess, all I was praying they don't do that. They have to be realistic somewhere.

@bold- yup she was spot on about it. Even I was wondering why are the judges themselves deciding the teams. I had thought they would probably pick up chits or something and whoever gets the same colour is in same team or something like that. This was really unfair. And the teams felt really unbalanced. Gurkirat and Priyanka's team seem to be quite strong compared to the third one

@pink- that comment was really unnecessary. I feel if not for Nayan, Priyanka and Suvarna would not have given the sauce at all🤪 Priyanka would be like voh log sauce leke jeet gaye toh?

I too don't like this habit if hers of taking all the portions of an ingredient in the pantry. Its for everyone she should understand that. Itna andaza toh hona chahiye na ki kitne ki zarurat padegi?

And when people are coming pne should be there for selling and other probably plating as fast as possible. And here they were making so many items which are time consuming as well.

I too was hoping they don't take Chef Garima's advice. She herself sometimes tells contestants to be realistic and not try to do too many things. I was surprised she was telling them to look at others. Anyway I was happy with Gurkirat's comment ki itna hi thik se nahi bana paa rahe hain😆 I guess thats why they would manage to win, less items but probably will be better in taste and service

This just shows lack of industry insight to me imo. Idk if they have had any exposure to professional kitchens.

We were always asked to be realistic from the first day when it came to achieving certain targets. Har jagah gourmet cooking ya fancy cheezon ki zarurat nahi hoti hai.

Garima must have been testing them. But so glad the team was firm on their menu. @bold: exactly this is the most important thing. Gurkirat is such a mood yaar I love watching him 😆

Btw that janta did not look like Powai crowd from any angle 😆 When did they film these episodes, pata hota toh apna ek armaan zarur pura karti 😆

Glad she got a taste of her own medicine but she is back to square one today 😆 she doesn't learn from her mistakes I guess

Gurkirat has this endearing innocence. I mean he isn't annoying or whiny. Khud ka hi mazak uda leta hai. Yesterday also he told ki coffee caviars banane the voh mai bhul gaya🤣 even Chef Garima couldn't control her laughter. For anyone else she would have told you can't do such mistakes at this stage😆

He does have potential. Sometimes I feel he just doesn't take this competition or himself so seriously otherwise he would always be in top

Haven’t watched the episode, but I’m glad a contestant raised an issue about the teams.

What’s the point of putting the strongest in one team? At this point it’s almost evident they want Sachin, Suvarna, Nazia, Priyanka, Priya out.

I think my entire family waits to hear him say something and everyone goes aww 🤣 I just control the redness of my cheeks bas 🤣 Pizze, Cookiyan…the list is endless 😆

Aisi cheezein karta hai and then if anyone tells him you are cute he refuses to accept those complements 😆

He is honestly the calmest chef I have ever seen. And the nicest. Most chefs have such an attitude, even the non celeb chefs…but this guy is something else altogether ❤️
