Since the day he came to know Vinu's truth he has always low key wished to lead a happy life with Sai, Vinu and Savi. That wish turned into dream. The reason he couldn't see Sai clearly is because there's some kind of an inner conflict between his heart and mind. His heart craves for Sai but mind tells him its not possible due to Pakhi being part of his life. He has to choose between his heart and mind.

Why he'd dream savi with Pakhi. If it was just Vinu baat alag hoti phirbhi in dream too he imagines his family with Sai

Yeah it makes sense he doesn’t have pakhi in mind. He didn’t think sai could be there. But he wished. So yeah it is disbelief that she came to CN.
