I agree with the criticism of Pri especially with Shalin. If you can joke around with Shalin then when he joked around you should be able to take it.

I agree she is super rigid, and does not want to listen enough like she did not get Karan's point. His advice to her was actually pretty much on point.

I am sure she will be in touch with Archana/Ankit and co. so that won't apply.
