If we had to deal with Abhinav's constant talking and his googly eyes on Askhu then we will have to deal with Abhi being nice to Arohi and taking care of her. I think whomever suggested that Akshu may sneak around the hospital she will secretly watch everyone. Maybe only Dr. Rohan will help her and of course she will run into Abhi eventually.

Actually that’s correct..! They can be non identical.. mine are girls, non identical! But I can still confuse my family and guilt trip them if they mistake between each other 🤣🤣 since twins for atleast few years will look more closer in looks than siblings. This set in today’s episode look sooo different!! 😳
