There’s a lot of foreshadowing that we are missing or I’m reading too much into it lol

She says “tum tod doge” to which he says “tod ke jod bhi dunga” when putting the necklace on. I think he’s gonna break her heart like Columbia and others are saying. But it may not be right now. It may be after Haya or Ma begum sow the seed of suspicion and accuse Meerab of being unfaithful.

Meerab will likely be pregnant at the time and leave him and go away to Karachi. Hopefully she starts law school while having the baby and raising her and they meet back in her 1-2nd year of law school after a painful separation. Meanwhile he is pining away. I hope he doesn’t get married to Haya in the interim but can’t trust the makers

Aapke muh mei ghee shakar chocolate ice cream rasmalai aur gulaab jamun!!! This is ITV at its best - because we love a redemption track but within 50 episodes maximum. I will order sweet ke dabbe for full forum if this is how the story goes.

The slap according to me was out of reflex rather then intent, that is why he felt bad. Meerub was out of control, which I can not blame her that day her world came crashing down and Murtisim has no idea why she was behaving that way. She took out her frustration and anger out on the family member of the family she dislikes.

Do these type of families exist at this day and age, yes they do. For them their traditions are above all relationships, they are to rigid in their thinking and ways.

I am only discussing the slap - we already talked of how the slap was badly done. Both from a character perspective and from a scene perspective. If they had shown the slap as something to get her out of her overwhelming behavior, it would have been ok, but that was not how it was shot.

Now, we as viewers cannot be justifying the slap, because a slap is not like a romantic dialogue, which has hidden intent, covert feelings. There is nothing subtle about a slap. It’s as action oriented as you can get. So the question of intent doesn’t arise. Makers should be justifying it, or discussing it, not viewers. But as many have pointed out, the makers are clearly wanting us to forget it….the mention of this slap has NEVER happened since. If he is such a good man, how come he doesn’t apologize for it? And if she is so bratty, why has she never slapped him back?

The thing is the makers used the slap to create hungama around the show, and that is pathetic!!! And guess what, all those families that place traditions and rigidity just got glorified.

I don't know if what you predicted will be true or not, but yes, I also thought that there's lots of symbolism in this drama, both in actions and in dialogues.. and yes, "Tum tor do get" and "Tor Ke Jor bhi dunga" was one of them.

OTT romantic dialogues ka yehi tou hai fun!!! They are so romantic and banal ki mazaa aata hai..nahi tou hamare generation ka I wanna hit that, I wanna eat you….bakwas ka koi romance nahi hota,

ITV has fan base for “suno” between a husband and wife…depending on how it is delivered, fan girls go crazy on this word, has the goosies potential…lines like want to kiss you don’t even come close 😅😅😅

btw how Wahaj says these OTT romantic dialogues clearly show that it is Murtasim's strategic seduction move.. we know how Wahaj says a romantic dialogue when he genuinely romances the fl.. it is not the way he said "please mujhe nahi chorna", "yahan dard hota hai" and "keh bhi nahi sakta, seh bhi nahi sakta". He's giving away through his dialogue delivery that its his fake majnu act..

With the word bewafa coming every two seconds in the ost, do you think Murtasim will actually marry someone else? I hope. I kinda auto watch wahaj's shows because he's never been a part of such crap storylines. But will all the foreshadowing, I'm scared to start this drama.
