She saw Abhi's phone and decided to snoop but it was running low on battery. So just as she plugs it in she sees the text message with the picture of Akshu family and Abhi. She is shocked and then gets shocked by the electrical outlet 😆
Or something very simple and plain. She wasn't paying attention and was plugging some medical equipment in and there was a faulty electrical socket and she got shocked.
