Any other box office site other than Boxofficeindia?

I just can't with their biases and how they put their opinions in their reporting.

Nowhere on the site you can find Dangal's real worldwide collections. I wrote them a message saying that it's ridiculous that their worldwide collections doesn't take in account Dangal's business in China and that they should atleast mention it if they don't want to include it since it's misleading.

They wrote an article today. They admit that Dangal is the highest grossing indian movie all-time worldwide, but not without putting their useless opinion. Apparently, according to them, if a movie is dubbed, it's not the same movie anymore LOOLL. Imagine box office sites not counting Avatar or Titanic's dubbed versions in other counteries... RIDICULOUS. Also in the article, for no reason, the author says Dangal did more business, but Baahubali is a better film hahaha. Why would you put your opinion on which movie is better in an article where you are supposed to report numbers.

Pathaan has become the highest grossing Hindi film in Overseas as it crosses the numbers of Dangal. This is the original HINDI film and not the dubbed / edited version which sometimes has travelled into non traditional markets mainly Far East. In the past there have been films which grossed in Russia and China but they totally distort Hindi film history as the films are one offs and the tastes are so different there. The Russia story finished years back and the China story looks pretty much over now also as the sort of films which have to made to work in India are not really for China.

There are Hindi films in all formats which are higher than Pathaan but in terms of the original film this is the highest a film has ever gone in overseas and there is much more to come for Pathaan and it will set a huge benchmark in Overseas which is certain to go to over $40 million and may even go to $45 million or $50 million.

Another point there is always talk and it probably comes from down South that Bahubali - The Conclusion is the biggest film from India but that is not the case as Dangal is the NUMBER ONE film from India as both these films released in many formats but Dangal did more business. No doubt Bahubali - The Conclusion is a better film but business for Dangal is HIGHER.. The top HINDI overseas grossers are as follows.

I was shocked when I read their article admitting that Dangal made more money but Bahubali 2 is better film. WTF !!!!!!!!

BOI has a separate section in which All formats are covered. This section includes CHINA Release as well.

BOI is not counting Dangal"s CHINA Business, it has deducted it's 1300 cr business & showing 702 cr business when comparing with Pathaan.

Honestly, I don't care about this kind of competition...I have no qualms with Dangal having earned the most for all the years to come. Aamir brought a Hindi movie to the east (China)...some others followed/tried also...so it's fine for me.

I don't think that one of those involved in Pathaan are interested in a competition, neither with Dangal nor with BB2 (etc.). They are simply happy about everything good that happens to/with/because of the movie.

Pathaan's impact/success has - imo - also additional reasons which Dangal's or BB2's (etc.) didn't have or need.

I didn't see that section, they hide it really well.

The bold part doesn't make sense since it's the same movie. Their logic doesn't make sense and it's the only boxoffice site that does it. Avatar 2's china business is counted on every box office site.

That’s a VERY stupid excuse. Not all HW movies can release in China but still its contribution is counted .

Is it really necessary 🤷‍♀️
