He was right about allergic reactions. I had allergic reaction to red meat 2-3 times few years ago and i stopped eating them. Then recently i tried eating it and nothing happened. So i am back to eating red meat. Going by the precap he had an allergic reaction when he was a child and he might have thought it won't happen now and ate it because she made it and he didn't want to disappoint her.

As of now nothing about murtasim looks suspicious to me esp after how stern he was with maa begum for slapping meerab. If he was faking it he wouldnt have cared about her getting slapped and say all those things to maa begum in her absence.

It's not like pak dramas are gonna show him vomiting? They don't even show blood when someone gets shot. Pak dramas have the most fake gun shot scenes i have ever seen. This vomiting might be similar to those gun shot scenes. 🤣
