Fact 2: Sai can be her own attorney if nobody takes her case.

Fact 3: the ngo found an abandoned child and brought him to safety.

Fact 4: Virat and Pakhi adopted the same child through the very same NGO.

Fact 5: the child went missing after an unfortunate accident and his mother didn't abandon him intentionally.

Fact 7: The adoption is null and void because the one of the biological parent is very much alive and can challenge the adoption in the court stating that she never signed-off on the adoption and did not intentionally abandon her child. That the accident was not her fault and she looked for her kid everywhere and never stopped looking. She left her house because she didn't feel safe there coz her husband's obsessed sister-in-law had abused her and sent goons to attack her and still her husband let her go coz he wasn't willing to let go of his obsessed didi.

Fact 5: The adoption itself is illegal coz one of the adoptive parent has a criminal record and is a habituated offender. She is a dangerous and unstable individual.

Fact 6: The child is not safe in Chavan Niwas. Any child is not safe to reside in a household like Chavan Niwas.

Fact 7: Adoption was done by the way of an illegal marriage, which automatically makes the adoption invalid.
