He doesn’t think of her as family he cut her out like a cancer so that his family can thrive. The child is a huge part of her and she’s the cancer he wanted away from him. Why should she tell him about Abhir being his?
He is a deadbeat dad and husband. His anger and his habit of thrashing things and breaking furniture in anger is behavior that seeks to frighten, intimidate and terrorize - he may have not caused bodily harm to Ak and yet he did worse. Abhi has to realize how much like Harsh he is and mend himself. Abhi is a product of a broken home and it shows.

As far as the story goes, I’m sure the decisions Akshara made will be pivotal- it makes an interesting story, so excited!

the notes said thank you for being the best dad to Abhir and stuff like that. Nothing mushy, just showing indebtedness and maybe hinting that Nav assumed Father duties.
