If at all they show custody battle and even a short court case track then it's gonna be very interesting. Today's Virat's dialogues themselves gave Sai ample opportunity to file a case against Chavans.

First thing he said was he got Vinayak's custody only because Pakhi married him. The first attack of Sai should be on their marriage. 😃 She should prove their marriage is invalid as she and Virat aren't divorced yet.

Second thing he said was Pakhi is Yashoda as well as Devki because she gave birth to Vinu as well as raised him. Illegal surrogacy allegation. 🤩

Third he said she did nothing for Vinu. She can show proofs on how she helped Vinu's legs condition heal. Also she took care of Vinu when Pakhi used to be in hospital.

In the end she can get Virakhi marriage declared null and void as well as get Vinu's custody. Though I too am not sure if they'll go for court track.

Court case nhi hoga. Sai will be called aai n P mumma at end. Ussi ka stage set ho raha hai. P has called her Yashoda, so she will give away Vinu herself to Sai. Yeh waqt bhi ayega

I think Virat will go home and tell everyone n CN, not to ask P anything about this issue so that noone blames her.

I literally watch episodes with a point blank face.

First things first. Sai should tell Vinu her identity even before court case or even before he know V is his biological father or CNs show abundance of love/attention smothering him. (Otherwise lot of chance of manipulation by all Chavannis).

IMO she should start with Vinu's nightmare, where he sees her crying for him even tho he was right in front of her. Then she should mention of her having a son before Savi, and she lost him in a bus accident. She has been searching for him ever since. As a matter of fact her son also unknowingly searched for her and came to her in Kankaoli and recently she found out identity of her Vinu. Show him baby pic.

And answer all his questions.

@sadiltl answering one of your post here. My view is Pakhi has always been at the receiving end due to Virat ki manipulations. He has used her to maintain his goody goody image. First he kept her hopes alive by calling her best friend. Then allowed her to be surrogate. Stayed with her in that period. Postleap in that aadhe phere n HM, he took it to another level....she got her reality check soon. Abhi uska ek hi hope thha Vinu. Then suddenly she realises k woh bhi Sai ka hi betaa hai. So she is trying whatever she could to keep Vinu to herself. There is nothing left put there for her. Today she might have again fallen in Virat ka vaada trap k she only is Vinu ki maa. He didn't care for Sai kyunki uske according usne yeh sab Sai ko bachane k liye kiaa. He regained control over P. P will get calmed down n will again get reality check soon when Sai comes with her lawyer n BK will support her. Ashnini n Virat will be on her side but she knows the reality. But isn't accepting it.
