Sai should file a case against virat for Bigamy.. prove her marriage to Virat us still valid ..since they never filed for divorce

The episode was indeed good though whatever was shown in the episode was totally wrong.

If at all they show custody battle and even a short court case track then it's gonna be very interesting. Today's Virat's dialogues themselves gave Sai ample opportunity to file a case against Chavans.

First thing he said was he got Vinayak's custody only because Pakhi married him. The first attack of Sai should be on their marriage. 😃 She should prove their marriage is invalid as she and Virat aren't divorced yet.

Second thing he said was Pakhi is Yashoda as well as Devki because she gave birth to Vinu as well as raised him. Illegal surrogacy allegation. 🤩

Third he said she did nothing for Vinu. She can show proofs on how she helped Vinu's legs condition heal. Also she took care of Vinu when Pakhi used to be in hospital.

In the end she can get Virakhi marriage declared null and void as well as get Vinu's custody. Though I too am not sure if they'll go for court track.

i may be minority here but i don't think Virat meant what he said to Sai. It was to calm P down, gain her trust & get Vinu home. He also may want to avoid drama in front of Vinu. His expressions didn't match his words when he was talking to Sai. But i don't know what he thought long term solution going to be. Even if he proved that P didn't kidnap Vinu & got them home he should know the problem is not going away. Sai won't give up her fight. She never does & this is her child.

If the plan is really to get Sai & Virat together, there is no way Sai is going to melt down or trust Virat after this. If they wanted to then Virat talking to & explaining situation to Sai was right way to go about it. But that never happens in ghum.

Whatever it is i am detached from show & looking at it as drama. Sai fighting for Vinu legally is something everyone except crazy P knows is loosing battle for Chavhans. Sherni Sai & Chavhans at her mercy will be fun to watch. If not & they continue with Sai's insults it will be boring.

They can't decide according to Vinu's choice. He has been with V & P & considers them as his parents. Even if he knows Sai & Virat are his real parents he wouldn't want to be away from Virat. All the things Virat told Sai he knows won't hold in any court. Just like Savi Vinu will go to his biological mother with father getting visitation rights. Even Virat knows that P has no rights over Vinu. I bet even p knows & thats why she kidnapped him.
