Swades for it's story and everything, JA for its vision, sets, fashion and HR-Aish chemistry

Undoubtedly Jodhaa Akbar. One of the few who got the equation between massy and classy right. Love the fact that he tries to interject a few odd but true facts in his movies. His historical characters do not throw temper tantrums or be melodramatic, but are more aware of the responsibilities due to their position. Pity he too succumbed to the current trend of making the royals dance.
