U know I interviewed people for 6 months for my team and couldn’t find a strong corp finance person. Forget strong - they didn’t know 101 and their resumes with work exp and degrees — imagine not being able to answer explain to me a CF statement from a finance major… heck a CPA couldn’t answer what are 3 financial statements.

I didn't wanna take science once I passed the 10th grade, I knew science liya hota toh ab tak school mein hi hoti 😆

So took Commerce and then I kinda started liking it and now I'm here.

Some people have the best qualifications on paper but they are duds when you actually talk to them about academics, theoretical or practical. I hope you found some worthy people to hire.

well. One we thought had experience but lacked depth and will learn quickly is struggling like you can’t imagine :(. Worried for him. First time my decision on hiring mistake possibly. But let’s see …

One started in jan and she is doing good so far and one offer outstanding.. but those two are junior support for processes.

you got that right. Resumes and reality — v different :(. Esp these days :(

Me neither. Haven't used Integration and Differentiation since I graduated high-school. My teachers were like this is the most useful thing you'll ever learn and legit havent used it once.
