England managed to dig themselves out of deep trouble in their semi-final win over Australia but they will need something even more special to overcome India here.

They were 45/7 against Australia in the semi-final and found a way to reach 99 towards the end, but India were too good for them today. The rest of the bowlers chipped in with regular breakthroughs and, it must be said, India's fielding has been exceptional today. Run-out, stumping, diving catches, sliding stops and what not! Titas Sadhu: We were planning that we will get a good start (with the ball), we thought we will enjoy the three hours and that's the only plan. It was fast, flat but there was some bounce. We will keep the general approach, we will keep it simple and play the way we usually do.
