It's fluffier than a doughnut, melts in your mouth. Would taste amazing with nutella

If you have got the short-grain rice for paella, you can also make Assamese till pitha. It's top-notch and very warming for winters. :)

The Somali bariis recipe in the tasty article is entirely veg and you won't have to make subs.

I forgot to tell but I also add olive oil to my green sauce and sometimes roast the veggies rather than just blanch it. Can also experiment with nuts. It's just a way to make my cousins eat greens

Made Beignets today.

Somewhat similar to the Shakkarpara we make..but the yeast gives it extra fluff n softness..and the name n look itself was good enough to create n interest among kids😉
