apparently in some private sectors (if HQ is in europe), they give 9 months with pay. how many ever months, we are still far ahead of US and Canada -- I was really shocked on finding about that.

what did aarav say to ehsaan? Kids are occasionally bratty but it is up to parents to teach them better.
