depends on the company, there are some who apparently give 9 months. our govt is generous -- public sectors can get 9 months paid. in some public sectors you can get 12 months though the last 3 months are unpaid. this is what my cousin sister told me -- she is in HR.

Viaan mom asking him if its because of KATHA (like woman, what do u know about her?)

viaan not discussing about company policy change with his partner before announcing it to his employees

His entitlement annoys me. He wants to know every detail of Katha's life and now forcefully inserting himself in her world. there are better ways to go about it.

Waise i have a special probelm with whatever relaxation were given to women

I mean this WFH thing ,and all.

Acc to me except for maternity leave everything should be equal irrespective of gender
