This synopsis reminds me of a Korean movie I watched a long time ago that started in somewhat same way. I guess its name was April Snow.

Edit: Just searched and yes, its name is April Snow. Here's its synopsis:

"A man and a woman meet in the hospital after their respective partners are involved in a car accident. After learning that their spouses have been having an affair, the two begin one of their own."

I think one premises is the same, the rest of the story was different but I dont remember😆

Now adnan is debuting in lolly dramas so now my dream pairing is him with Alizeh Shah & Madiha Imam

The Korean movie has the female lead from crash landing on you, seo ye jin.

Saw it long time ago...but basically a man and woman got into a car accident which was very severe and left them so injured and traumatised that they couldnt even speak, they are taken to hospital and presumed to be husband and wife, but later the man's wife and woman's husband turns up, and through a series of events through the drama it is revealed that they (the couple in the accident) were cheating on their partners and having an affair, the background is also shown, their dynamics with their spouses and what led them to have the affair

ITV dramas get messed due to stretching it and finally shutting it down in a hurry. A lot of times most of the characters disappear and u never know what happened to them.

But the story was predictable since it started😆

MR was a thriller until the end...no one knew what was coming
