Saw it long time ago...but basically a man and woman got into a car accident which was very severe and left them so injured and traumatised that they couldnt even speak, they are taken to hospital and presumed to be husband and wife, but later the man's wife and woman's husband turns up, and through a series of events through the drama it is revealed that they (the couple in the accident) were cheating on their partners and having an affair, the background is also shown, their dynamics with their spouses and what led them to have the affair

The drama was full of twists and turns though...i dont remember if they were actually having an affair or they were just friends and her evil husband was framing them
