How dumb is THAT reaction on something Zeal wrote without ANY first hand knowledge of the movie's plot and intentions which neither YOU nor Zeal have.

The response to the movie (reviews) should tell you :

1. Zeal isn't right (because NOT/quite misleading informed)

2. the critics don't seem to see ANY shame there

3. Don't discuss about things you ignore (here the movie only should be discussed, not any idelogies not shown in the movie)

As much as I am not going to watch Pathaan, I have no problems with those watching it. I just feel the same curtsey should have been extended to KF.

Also I feel Bollywood is a bunch of hypocrites and liars who do not deserve a penny of my hard earned money 😆

@Zeal - As to people picking and choosing what to reply to from my post, it says more about them than me. I did ramble a bit on Pathaan but it's a collective impact of many movies before that, starting with PK .

Please confirm first if you believe in Hindu genocide in Kashmir? Do you believe hindus were massacred? Do you believe they were forced to leave, convert or die? Because it all comes to that - if you believe it, you will ask who did it, why it happened, etc etc. If you choose not to believe it, it's like closing the eyes to a blazing sun and saying it's dark.

Kashmir Files is as much a documentary on Hindu genocide as the BBC doc on Gujrat Riots. Only KF is grounded in reality while all BBC is trying is to influence the 2024 elections.

Exactly its not just about Pathaan but a collective impact of agenda driven Bollywood movies including LSC, PK and Tiger..

I think the Supreme Court of India's judgement carries more weight than this propaganda piece by BBC.

The Indian EX-agent (Jim) has founded a private terrorgroup for hire...the members all are EX-agents from different countries.

He gets hired by a Pakistani general ON A PRIVATE BASIS (nothing to do with the Pakistan government) because he wants to punish India for the abolition of the 307 law (Kashmir). He wants India to clear Kashmir from all army.

So he hires Jim who takes the job although it means to go against India. But Jim doesn't feel as an Indian patriot anymore because when he and his highly pregnant wife were kidnapped by a terror group, the government refused to pay the ransom as they "don't negotiate with terrorists" and the terrorists kill the wife by shooting into her womb in front of a tortured Jim.

In a movie - as in any creative art - imagination is the base unless you want to make a movie on real events. Pathaan never hinted at being a movie about real events... I bet, it wouldn't be easy to find high-octane action movies who narrate the reality (which doesn't mean that they won't touch subjects that deal with reality).

If true , agenda , propaganda , vulgar movie . It must be banned .
