Oh wow 90% of SRK's characters are Hindu who always plays the good guy . But if he shows some good Muslims in 1-2 movies toh propaganda movie hogaya .

First of the story is fictional. Secondly how many RAW agents do u know. no public has access to RAW agent information.

So he made one Pak guy and one Indian RAW agent the bad guys ( the RAW agent is trying to spread deadly disease across the country) and one Indian (SRK) and one Pak ( DP) the heroes

Of course he cannot offend his Pak fans, they just love him so much and he loves them

So if one Pak guy is the villain then ofcourse make one the hero, also don't forget to make an Indian guy the villain too 😛
