I do not eat breakfast, only eat brunch at daytime

But in our house, it is like e feast, paratha, alu bhaji, egg fries, halwa, daal bhaji, it seems like innko daily morning someone triggers to eat 🤔

I usually don't eat breakfast but sometimes I do but what not going to tell that what I eat, kyun bataon mujhe tag hi nhi kiya 😭

Amazing diet breakfast. Best diet food because you'll have to chew for two hours to finish all this and burn calories by that much chewing in the process 👍🏼

Spinach, banana, kale, collagen powder, matcha powder and chia seeds smoothie with fat free milk. And chya that I make by slaving over the gas for 30 minutes.
