As usual Viaan didn't have any answers. Adnan was too good in portraying the guilty guy who was begging for forgiveness. I liked his hand gesture this time.😆

In short Friday ka episode was one of the finest episode of Katha Ankahee.

Thanks dear. We went from Bangalore to Coimbatore. It was good with lot of street food. I love chats and snacks☺️☺️We travel from Bangalore to all nearby places just for eating spree. All three of us are crazy for that one thing☺️☺️

What I liked the most was post confrontation they both looked at peace with whatever happened. It was really a great episode. Hope they keep it the same way

I am a little disappointed with a spoiler where Katha talks to PapaG. I want her to get a few answers from him also. What he did is also very wrong. It looks like ITV touch to pacify indian viewers. Questioning in laws is bigger sin than having an ONS, you know

Letha Thanks for tagging me. As usaul great post with so many fine details.It makes us understand better. After watching the confrontation scene i think Katha doesn't think that ONS itself is Paap. Paap is what the 3rd person will think when they will know. She has valid reason for it. She has gone ahead due to compulsion but why he gone ahead. He is guilty because he was judging an employee just like that with such an indecent proposal & continuously wants to talk about it. You see after ONS when she came office , she was professional & was just talking about work. She wanted that way only but Viaan was digging it as he wanted his answers. So overall he judged her wrongly same Katha also have judged him wrongly. Yes the scene was eanacted very well .But in my opinion actual paap has been done by father in law who had put his ego & other wrong judgements above the life of a child. I dont think he should have been so easily forgiven. I am also disappointed with that spoiler. You know PapaG will never have melted if MamaG was not this strong .Because of her he was ready .But ITV & its obsessions' with Mahhan FL..

Bangalore to Coimbatore, as a Bangalorean i can totally understand what fun u must had.😃 Once u cross Karnataka border you will only see greenery. Tamil Nādu roads are so good.

Questioning In-laws or any elders is bigger sin than having ONS for ITV audience only.Even i am disappointed. How easily she forgave him,just becoz he is Adi's father and Aarav's grandfather. If we think practically it's Viaan who helped her in saving Aarav's life.

I really don't think Katha was telling he did a sin, neither she was thinking she did a sin. Dialogue was written in such a way that audience are free to interpret on their own way. If you want to take it as Katha asking Viaan what will be his answer to the god for the paap he did, you can interpret as she is telling him he did a paap.

If you consider her line on, "agar us raat ke baare mein kisi teesre ko pata chala to woh to sochega ki hum dono ne paap kiya hai, mere paas jawab hai, aap kya jawab denge"

This is where the dialogue of first promo is being played, "Katha ko parakhne mein, Viaan ne apna hi wajood kho diya"

Viaan was prejudiced about women. He wanted to test Katha (GD or NGD), in the process of testing, he lost his own morality, sanity and he got judged by Katha as a person trying to take advantage of women due to his money and position.

In short words, "test lene nikla tha ur khud test mein fail hoke aa gaya"

@ Shalzie, Mili and Mango: I have one question, which I don't think even show will be able to answer: Why Viaan chose Katha to test, why not Rewa or Jenny or any other women he knows? Is it because she asked him a loan?

Sorry for the late reply. I am only reading posts I am tagged in, and I am only replying to the question.

According to me, Viaan could only test Katha and no one else. Through Ehsan, we get to know about Viaan. Prior to Katha's entry in his life, Viaan had no time nor place for a woman in his life. Viaan has always been intrigued by Katha. For a man who controls his emotions, we never saw the attraction which Viaan felt for Katha. But the attraction is there through Viaan's awareness of Katha. He was moved by her comment on rooh. During the Pyramid track, he knew that something was off with Katha. He observed her going down the stairs. Katha has constantly been meeting any challenges thrown at her.

When Katha requested the loan, it triggered Viaan's defence mechanisms. Instead of taking a moment to understand, Viaan simply reverted back to his thought process which has been ingrained in him since childhood. Women are gold-diggers. However, his heart did not agree. The loan request initiated the inner conflict between Viaan's mind and heart. The compromise was the test.

I'll answer my own question 🤣Viaan was still testing Katha in the hotel. I don't think that he meant to go through with the ONS. I don't think that Viaan Raghuvanshi goes around making offers of ONSs. Viaan went through with the act because in a moment of weakness, he gave in to his emotions and succumbed to the moment. But Viaan is in denial of the attraction he feels towards Katha.

This is what I feel.

This is exactly what i feel and wrote about in a another thread. Although idk if he was really attracted to katha but admiration was definitely there in his heart.

The problem with this show or maybe the advantage is that certain things are left to our imagination. No monologues in this show...hurray!

The characters don't share with other people also....so we can interpret as per our imagination. I can only relate to the Viaan in my mind. My Viaan does not go around making offers of ONS🤣I love complex characters, and this one does not disappoint😊

We may never get an answer to this question, so it will be up to our interpretation. Viaan may have been intrigued by katha or even admired her but at the hotel room, he desired her, which is why he went ahead. That is the only explanation I have. This being ITV, they will never go there.
