Ayaan I understand and respect your perspective. However there is always two sides to the story. What happened in that instance between Shalin, Tina and Priyanka was a bit complex then what meets the eye. Simply put I don't believe that was the case of bullying, in my opinion it was an extended argument between two ex-couple (so-called Tina and Shalin) and their mutual friend Priyanka.
