Pritam got the longest career in music direction since 2002

2004 Dhoom-2023 still active for big films ..

Nadeem Shravan: they were there till 2002-2003

Anu malik: he was never stable he has seen lots of ups and downs and after 2004 he was never used much

Jatin Lalit: although last film was FAANA but jatin lalit never got much films after 2002, just one film in 2004 HUM TUM

Himesh Reshamiya as composer: since 1999 to 2007 and few songs here and there after 2010

Ananad Miland were already out of business during initial 2000

but still pritam still got many films bramshtra , bhool bholaiya 2, Tarap, freedy , laal singh , shezada , tu jhooti main makar , life in metro in dino etc etc

I agree, Pritam's longevity is impressive. He's still easily the top music director in Bollywood today. All the big scale movies that need good albums are going to him.

While he continues to make good songs, it's clearly that even his quality has dipped somewhat from the late 2000-early 2010s. His upbeat songs are not the instant chartbusters that they used to be back in the day. So it's great that he's still going so strong and more power to him but we also need new talent to bring in more variety and fresh sounds.

Every time you think Pritam is done, he surprises with the biggest album of that year 😆
