I don't think the precap is a dream sequence. Advait said he will force Nehkam to come close so I think he had asked the servant and intoxicated the tea which was given to Nehkam.

Seeing Advait turn into a cheap disgusting vamp, I have started to shift my ship to Nehkam.

However, I enjoyed Advait kissing on Nehmat's cheek today.

Rohit is such a brilliant actor.

Although Renuka likes Harleen, Mallika seems to be irritated with Harleen.

I don't think Mallika will favour Harleen becoming her Bhabhi.
