Who do you think deserves the most pay in Bollywood films?

Who do you think deserves the most pay in Bollywood films? (job title not celebrity name)

In my opinion, the script is king but writers are rarely paid fairly. Singers do not get paid for their songs at all only for their concerts/ shows which is ridiculous and disappointing. 

Acting is important too but they get paid more than necessary. Some actors in Bollywood cannot even act e.g. Katrina, Disha, John, Jacqueline, Arjun Kapoor etc still they are paid so much. I feel that a good script can go more places than an actor's fame/ fan following. I know my point about actors getting paid less is debatable so looking forward to hear your perspective.

Of course the writers. The horrible scripts are the main reason films are flopping left, right and centre.

Producers put the money and take the risk. So producers do and should get paid the most. Of the actual employees on the set, the director is the captain of the ship and would ideally oversee every aspect. So the director.  

On a side note, VFX employees are grossly underpaid, so they could probably use a pay-lift along with the writers too, given most modern films are heavily vfx dependent.
