Great update. Thank you. Geet is just answering his questions and I don’t blame her. She cannot trust him. I feel sorry that she has to lie so much to her family. Maan has a lot to make up for.

Geet- Acha main rakhti hoon

She hangs up

G- Ye kya kiya tumne!!

Geet screeches at Maan and walks away stomping her feet

Geet was chopping the vegetables for cooking silently with a grumpy face

Maan was washing the dishes

M- Itni pareshaan kyun ho tum? Apni behen ki shaadi mein toh jaana chahti ho tum

She turns her head towards him and glares

G- Haan jaana chahti hoon. Par jaa nahi sakti. Aur ab tumne ye vaada kar diya hai. Who log expect karenge. Kya kahungi main unse?

M- Tum itne saal ghar nahi gai?

She turns to face him

G- Meri family ko e pata hai ki main Dubai mein hoon. Tumhare saath, happily married. Ye sab jhooth hai. Main ghar gai toh sabko pata chal jayega ki ye jhooth hai

M- Toh tum poori zindagi ghar nahi jaogi?

Geet opens her mouth the closes it, she honestly hasn’t thought about it

M- Tum agar abhi behen ki shaadi mein nahi gai toh tum soch nahi skati baad mein kitna pachtaogi tum

G- Aur main gai aur sabko sach pata chal gaya toh shaadi toh waise bhi tutt jayegi

M- Jaise abhi kehti ho toh ghar jaati, keh diti ki Maan nahi aa paaya

G- Wah! Aur unko pata hi nahi chalta ki main Dubai se nahi Hyderabad se aa raho hoon

She says sarcastically

M- Abhi bhi toh hum Hyderabad se jaayenge aur unko lagega ki hum Dubai se aaye hain

G- Kya? Hum ….jaayenge?

She repeats his words with confusion

M- Haan. I told you sister. Didn’t I?

He says casually

G- Par tum toh jaane wale ho yahan se

Maan pauses for a second before answering

M- Agar aisa hota bhi hai toh bhi main jaunga tumhare saath

G- Kyun?

M- Abhi toh kaha; kyunki I told your sister

G-Toh?

M- Toh kya? Toh yahi

Geet is getting more confused with each explanation of his

G- Tumhari shaadi zabardasti hui thi mujse!

She takes a deep breath, nothing is making sense

G- Tum Dubai chale gaye the. Hamara koi communication nahi tha. Tum 2 saal ke baad aaye ho

M- I know all that. Why are you repeating stuff? Meri yaadast nahi gai hai

G- Toh tum kyun jaa rahe ho mere saath

She asks agitated

M- Kyunki main jaana chahta hoon

G- Kyun?

M- Kyun nahi? Mujhe tumhari family ne invite kiya hai

G- Tumhe samajh nahi aa raha main kya keh rahi hoon?

She takes another route

G- Tum yahan kyun aaye ho?

M- Tumhe main do baar already bata chuka hoon. Tum baar baar ye sawaal kyun puchti ho?

Geet is frustrated, aur kya bole samajh nahi aaraha.

Why isn’t he getting her point? She thought he came here just for his need. He hates her because they got married forcefully, so didn’t keep any communication with her. But now, when he doesn’t have to do anything for her and he can very easily avoid meeting her family, whom she is sure he hates because of obvious reasons. He is voluntarily going there and according to him just because “she wants to”

Geet goes to the office

Maan was home

Doorbell rings

Maan wonders who it can be, Geet toh itni jaldi nahi aati

Maan opens the door

A guy around Maan’s age is standing at the door

Guy- Hello, yahan ye….

He stops mid-sentence

His face loses all its color, as if he has seen a ghost

He tries to run

Before he could escape, Maan holds him in a death trap

It seems like Maan is hugging him like long lost friend. But the guy could feel his body getting numb with pain.

M- Coffee peete hain

Maan tells the man, pulling him inside the house and locking the door

Zor se mixer chala deta hai after locking the door

Guy – ehh

Maan stares at the guy

M- cheeni grind kar raha hoon. Coffee ke liye

Maan takes out a hammer from his bag and casually puts it on his back pocket

Guy- what will you do to me?

Maan turns

Shrugs

M- I would have spread a plastic on the floor if I wanted to do anything. Cleaning up is a headache.
