He might not have the desire to procreate in the past but in present( if P had demanded in past ) by agreeing to have sex with P he is giving her the rights to be his childโs mom unless they show him actively using birth control . If P was a one night stand I would understand itโs just sex but having physical relationship with a wife means he is ready for a family with P .
thatโs what having s$$ is one thing โฆ but having a desire to have kids with someone is different..
