Knowing mata and beta, they'll probably snatch Akshu's baby and give him to jhaaru to raise. Why would they stop hating her for Neil's death? Aarohi should do something major (like harming AbhiRa's child) for kaandmata and her blind bhakt son to flip again and bring Akshara back.

Even if he hates akshu now but his look should be different like devdas beggar mental patient because he is living with 3 khaand woman(mata jharu and jr jharu)😂😂😂😂

I hope he's practicing.

People face a dozen miseries in life but career is not an option for most people. Life goes on, atleast some things they can keep in appreciation of the OG characterization! His character genuinely believed in practising medicine for good with honour. He messed up his wife's miscarriage, other than that there's not been much career blunders.

Akshu can't be convinced easily and just like that they can drag kid and akshu chup baytegi kya
