The relationship of Pakhi and Virat has gone through a lot. From a dreamy beginning of a relationship, "love-at-first-sight." The two young lovers, full of dreams and vibrancy in life, fell in love with each other. One a dancer and one an IPS. They were perfect.
Then life brought serious and unpleasant turns in their lives. Pakhi had to marry Samrat which broke their hearts and dreams into thousand pieces. The two lovers were tangled in the strings of relations... They dreamt of becoming spouses but ended up as bhabhi and devar.
But life wasn't done with them. There was still hope. Virat was not in love with his wife and Pakhi was as single as ever. They still harboured some hope in the corner of their hearts.
Alas! The little hope from Virat's side was lost when Virat fell in love with his wife. Pakhi was still hopefully and unable to move on. She only knew the pre-wedding Virat. But much to her dismay, her husband returned. She hated her fate, yet again! But...but... but, she fell in love with this husband she so wished never came into her life.
But when has life ever been kind to Pakhi. Her husband died of car accident. And she was single again... And she returned to her eternal love again...
This time she was not giving up. She tried with all her might and wit to get him back. They don't just say, "Where there is a will, there is definitely a way." She got what she wanted. She removed all obstacles from her side... Fate helped her remove her husband out of the way and she used joined hands with the universe to kill Virat's first and second child and removed his wife from his life as well.
Then came Vinayak to unite the two soulmates. See, the universe knows they are eternal lovers...
Hers was a true love which was seen through her actions. She doesn't just say that she loves someone, she proves it everytime.
Virat also couldn't believe at the turns his life took. He had lost hope of getting back to Pakhi. He was duty-bound. But he had loved someone who knew no rules. She turned the course of both of their lives. And he also got what he wanted... He wanted Papilekha... He admired this Papi more after all she had done. He thought of extending some helping hands and did not search enough for his missing wife and son.. Later he did the Vinu jhap to marry Papi and made it look like a sacrifice from Papi's side and made her the local goddess of Chauwan Niwas.
After so much of ups and downs... Lows and highs... They are together... They were always meant for each other...
