Just in according to section 3(g)(iii) of Hindu marriage act, marriage with wife of dead brother is prohibited under moral discrepancies, it falls under prohibited relationship.......😲

Yes exactly, it's just that I saw this so shared it here but it's so futile and also it has many loopholes even for real life to prove it to be illegal😆

But yrkkh fandom is in huge terror due to Ghum ki shadi between devar bhabhi, jab bhi Naya koi bts aata hein they think it's from Abhirohi marriage 😭

Btw I understand their attachment to the ship but it's so futile to fight for it coz at the end channel and makers will only do what they have already decided and Ghum fd has first hand experience from Surrogacy track......

See what I feel is it’s a case if do or die for the show .. the Vedika tracked helped the show a lot .. and it has spiked the trp in Ghum .. but since it is going on in Ghum .. if they don’t show cringe like Ghum like Arohi n Abhi sharing room and all that it won’t result in much change in trp

Starplus already has 2 more new shows coming .. and I feel imlie and Pandya stores are safer than yeh rishta ..imlie is now a new show ..

so the 2 shows in danger zone is YHC and that one

Sairat marriage is still valid n it can serve a very good drama to the plot but makers have very cleverly made Sai accept VP shaadi n call herself as ex-wife.

That's one of the reasons I want Sai to drag Chavans to court and fight custody battle for Vinu. I want the court to declare bhabhi-devar marriage null and void for 2 reasons, Virat's first wife is alive and they were not divorced and Virat didn't search for his wife much when she went missing. Second, Virat and Pakhi marriage is not consummated. I know it's an illogical show but the court can easily declare Virat-Pakhi marriage null and void on these grounds. Mere ko bas Virat, Pakhi aur baki Chavans ki face dekhni hai when judge would announce this. 🤣😂 Their expressions dekhne layak hogi tab. 😂

But I know makers won't show this. Ulta they'll show Sai's mahaan sacrificing nature once again and how she bows down to Pakhi's zidd and obsession. 😒😏

I really wish Sai reaches her threshold with respect to V P BS and sues them for bigamy, harassment.And she should get solo custdy of both kids. But its unlikely

But what can happen is - Vinu should hate V, P. I want kids to know that V betrayed Sai wheh he was married to her and V P have deliberately harmed Sai. The kids will then dislike both V and P. That will make me as audience happy. V P need to lose Vinu for good.
