ITV's biggest problem is their greed for running the show for years. They start off well. But then they have to drag it. How can a writer write a sensible storyline in that way? When they introduced Anuj they knew what they wanted to do with him.. Uske baad as usual they are blank. In ITV writers are not given any importance. All, the limelight is hogged by the PH and the actors. Here, starting a new show is all about money and less about character development or any message.

I watch Kdramas and like IndiaForums we also have a forum for that. For me, the preference is Story>Acting. I have a favorite set of screenwriters and actors and always look out for their series. in ITV nobody knows the screenwriters.

Also I do not understand why the ITV makers think that if they show more positivity then they will not get trp? All the ITV shows are torch bearers of negativity. Ek bhai is planning and plotting to kill another bhai. 2 sisters fighting over one man

This is the reason why all serials should be finite shows you know... There is this channel 'Epic' that had a brilliant format right from the beginning. It introduced many shows simultaneously and slotted them such that the monday shows will get new episode telecasts on successive mondays, tuesday ones on tuesdays and so on for all days of the week. This helps to maintain the quality too..

I actually cringed so hard when they played Mann Bharya during VaNuj falling off the cliff.

MAA and Kavya making those weird expressions just to show parallel tracks of both couples was so amateur.

Initially I loved how MaAn scenes had 90's songs but now they just irritate. Every romantic scene of theirs seems like just an excuse of MAA bouncing back from a toxic grill session of the Shahs.

All other Asian shows like Kdramas, Jdramas, or Cdramas wrap up in 20-30 episodes each of up to 1 hr mostly. Also, they air for 2 days a week. In that way, Actors get enough rest and do not burn out. Also, it does not become a monopoly of some actors/PH/channels. Actors get to try different ranges but yaha one show goes on for years and then the actors are forgotten unless you are a friend of the producer/director.

In Kdramas and Jdramas, the PH/channel does not interfere with the story. Screenwriter and directors have the authority.

They ruined the "Main yaha hoo" song. Whenever I listen to that I remember that dialogue: "Ha main Anupamaa se pyaar karta hu" 🤣

Sreemoyee is infinite times better. And I wish they had blindly copied. In Sreemoyee the music is according to the Bengali culture which may be boring for many. I myself find Rabindra sangeeth boring. But there the characters aren't destroyed especially Rohit's (Anuj). He maintained his class and integrity till the end which Anuj's character can't and won't.

😆 ye toh dkp ki har show ki kahani hai. Yrkkh ka bhi abhimanyu was strongest character and here anuj was. Ab na abhi ka dimaag sahi jagah pe hai naahi anuj ka 😆

Ye log ml ko intelligent dikhathe hi kyun hai akhir main toh unko choti choti bath pe mu karake dumb dikhana hi hai 😆

His character is already ruined. He is just a puppy to his wife who can bark at his own family but never at her wife's family. Just wait he will be back to saying "Meri Anu sahi hai"

I agree even if the show is limited number of epis i do not mind. Let them get season 2 with different story like how ekta did with kutumb which was one of the show where they used to repeat hiten and gauri pair in all seasons with different story. Agar if they want to mint money based on popularity kahani bhi toh alag likh sakthe hai. But here they get all mus which are truly baseless.

I used to watch kdrama earlier but now a days i rarely get time. I only watched one this year but i must say kdrama and cdrama atleast has story and no dragging with great osts.

Anupama had great potential if they would handled it carefully.they could have used moti baa character back to teach these dumbos some lessons and anuj and anupama would have felt good staying with her.

They could have also showed anupama leaving anuj when malvika and anuj was fighting over her.

And anuj and malvika would have gone in search of her and they could have met her in camp or something. Which will make everyone realize her importance rather they chose to rush for the wedding. I agree anuj waited for long they could have just made their bond stronger by showing some dating phase before wedding may be some sort of sight seeing helping orphanages some events to help orphanages. Anu staying with moti baa who is thrown out kuch toh use karthe characters ka rather they chose to marry them off and ca ko bhi la diya.

Even toshu and kinjal ithna bhagaya hai like now it does not matter kinjal is fine with staying with shah's. Isse accha maa se bolke ek maid rakh lethi. Shah's ko toh kaam karna nahi hai upar se all non sense characters bhare pade hai. Paki toh bewkoof hai hi. Kapadia's look more sane even though they are shown evil but atleast they think bakiyon ke pass toh dimaag hai ya nahi ye bhi nahi patha
