1. No OTT before main BB

2. No superstar actor or actress

3. No thakela concept like VIP /non VIP commoner /celebrity. gaonvale/sheharvale seniors/juniors etc.

4. Shalin archana Tina Sajid Priyanka in this order

5. Big boss himself playing

6. Stan simbul presence may be

The biggest reason is BB is playing , and no same old

Vip-non vip or Celebes vs commoner etc.

I think it's the creatives that's new this year and they are trying new stuff. Last year, creatives badly ruined the game by ruining good contestants too early in the game.
