Required:

-12 months

-Work

-mental cheerfulness

-humor and laughter

-optimism

-patience

-Judgement

-tact

-love

Preparation:

-Take 12 months and cleanse them well from bitterness, selfishness, pettiness and fear.

-Each month is carefully cut into 30 or 31 days, so that the supply is enough for a year.

-Fill every day with: 1/3 work, 1/3 mental cheerfulness and 1/3 humor - with the addition of optimism, patience, measure and tact.

-Pour lots of love over that matter. Decorate the finished dish with small touches and serve it every day - with a smile!
