Antic was not a filmmaker. He wrote poetry for children and adults. As a child, I read his poems in school books.

Here is one of his children's songs that I came across.

DECISION

Life is all something from the beginning.

Yesterday and the day before don’t count tomorrow.

two the same Wednesdays.

What are disappointments for then?

If one love is - blank,

dreams are immediately different and nicer.

And when you are the saddest and bitter

you think of some new eyes

snoozing cranky and crying?

Every time, you must know again

to love better, to love stronger.

Not to find excuses.

All new loves count differently.

We live, every time, from the beginning.

I did not know that. He directed four films. I am really surprised.

This happens often😃, a person is so famous for his one renowned art that we do not know his other talents, even I knew after reading about him. But love him and his poetry so much🤗

The Blond Locks

A lock of blond hair

will usually fly

around the face

or into the eye,

but there are some blond locks that I find

imagine where,

in my mind.

How can some tresses be in your mind?

It's not my hair that's in the mix

it belongs to Sanya from grade six.

And then, so what?

You will see 'what' when one day soon

somebody's locks your own mind swoon.

And you lose your words.

You lose your cool.

You find yourself blush like a fool.

You bite your nails and hide your face,

write secret notes,

with your heart in pain,

and try to study

but all in vain.

You mix the radishes and squares,

the pyramids and grizzly bears.

You mix butterflies and towns.

And all the sports.

And evening gowns.

And tropical plants.

And ancient Greeks.

At the end of your rope

with love flushed cheeks.

Now you see what's the meaning of that

when that blond hair gets under your hat

and turns a boy,

a superhero,

into a dork with confidence zero.

I'm ashamed because I'm ignorant and I didn't bother to check, but I immediately said that he wasn't the director.

Mika wrote in a specific way, charmingly and with a lot of understanding, for slightly older children.

I guess Riya is the first to welcome New Year 2023, As Fiji Island time is 2 AM 2023 at this moment
