Soham tells Kalyani he will get to know the truth from Sakharam. He locks Kalyani & leaves. Kalyani is banging the door & Madhuri comes to her rescue. Soham reaches Sakharam's place & gives him money to tell the truth. Sakharam initially refuses demanding for more money but when Soham offers him a huge amount he agrees. Kalyani reaches Sakharam's place. Sakharam is about to tell the truth when he faints. Soham goes to bring water. Kalyani manages to take Sakharam. Soham is anrgy when he sees Sakharam is missing. He inquires from people in the chawl & realizes Kalyani took him away.
Kalyani tells Madhuri Sakharma is demanding Rs.15000 to keep his mouth shut. Madhuri asks Bavesh for money but he refuses. Soham gives Baa Rs.20,000 saying Babuji had invested in her name in policy which has matured now. Baa gives Kalyani the rupees. Kalyani goes & gives money to Sakharam. After Kalyani leaves Soham comes. Sakharam finally tells him the truth. Soham is shocked.
