Some of the songs I heard for the first time. Guests were good especially Ayesha Jhulka, liked her.
All the girls gave superb performances. Actually except Navdeep I liked everyone's performance.
No elimination for the first time this season.

As someone who doesn't live in India, are the Wadali's really that big of a deal? I have seen them as guests on reality shows but it seems like that name carries a lot of weight.

Chirag - another mediocre performance & that’s putting it mildly.
Sonakshi - yet another brilliant performance. She’s been superb this week 👍
Shivam :- not upto his level today , I felt he sounded a bit hoarse in between. Maybe a bad throat?
Rishi :- Good performance, as usual.
Senjuthi :- v good, esp the second song.
Bidipta :- Did full justice to Oye Oye
Debo :- Tried a different genre & did extremely well. Way to go 👍
Vineet :- better than yesterday’s, & that’s not saying much!
Navdeep :- Bland.
Asides…
* Good guests, lent so much charm & fun
* The girls are giving tough competition to Rishi, most of them got MBDs
* The choice of songs could’ve been better - imagine having Ayesha as a guest without anyone singing Pehla Nasha!
* No eliminations as expected, no surprises there. But seeing vineet in bottom 3 when Navdeep is up there, was 🤔. Kavya,& Chirag were anyways expected in the bottom rung. And I don’t think even next week there will be eliminations.
* So HR is into the rung now playing Cupid in a desperate move to rekindle the arudeep magic through the non-happening Ridipta! 🙄 Didn’t work…
* And finally… Thank God Ridipta were not made to sing Pehla Nasha.. 🙏

Probably because Shivam - Senjuti performed on it in Love Special just recently. Not that there are not repeats in Indian Idol but may be it was too soon.
